Meet Matt Derrico
Matt Derrico is the owner and operator of Homestead Property Management in Jackson, Wyoming. A licensed real estate agent with Prugh Real Estate and a Class C general contractor in Teton County, Matt brings a rare combination of hands-on construction expertise and professional property management skills to every client relationship.
Before settling in Jackson Hole, Matt earned his Master of Public Health from Emory University and spent years in international development work. That background instilled a methodical approach to complex problems, a respect for doing things right the first time, and the kind of adaptability that serves him well managing properties in one of the most demanding mountain environments in the country.
